Title: Party Potato Salad

2lbBag frozen hash browns
1 Can cream of potato soup
1 Can cream of celery soup
1/2cSour cream
1cShredded cheddar cheese
8ozPackage cream cheese
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
1/2cChopped onion
2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1tsPaprika

Combine soups with softened cream cheese. Add sour cream, green pepper, onion and seasonings. Put potatoes in three quart shallow baking dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and stir.
